Delivery Information


We are currently offering free delivery within the Maltese islands for purchases over € 50.  If your order is less than this, a delivery fee of €10.00 shall apply.

For orders outside Malta, a freight quotation will be calculated and sent for final approval by customer.


 Which carrier do you use?


We use a number of different carriers to send our products and it depends on the size and weight of the product as to which carrier we decide to use for your order. The carriers we are currently using are: For local shipping we use our own delivery service to door, while for overseas we use Maltapost, Shiplowcost, and courier companies TNT, EMS, DHL, FEDEX.


 What time do the deliveries take place?


We cannot guarantee the time of day your order will be delivered. However, local deliveries are effected  before 3.00 pm. You can contact us to upgrade your delivery to a before 12.00 am, before 10.00 am or before 9.00 am delivery, but specific delivery times will incur an additional charge.

Can you deliver to a different address from the Billing address?

Yes, we can deliver your order to an address different to the billing address. At the point of check-out you will be asked for the billing address and delivery address.

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

We have a large warehouse facility where you can collect your order, if you would rather not wait in for a delivery. We do ask that you contact us, prior to your arrival, just to make sure that we are able to assist you when you arrive.

 Do you make deliveries on your own vehicles?

We do make all local deliveries in our own vehicles.  Under certain circumstances, when the delivery time or date does not match the customer’s request, we use third party companies to deliver the goods at an additional charge.

Can you call me prior to delivery, so that I can guarantee to be at home?

Yes, we can agree to call you prior to delivery (local only)

 Do you deliver at weekends?

Our standard prices do not include the option for a weekend delivery. However, you can upgrade you order to a Saturday delivery, although this will incur an extra charge. Please contact us, on +356 21443193, for more information about our Saturday delivery charges.

How long will the order take to be delivered?

Normally all orders will be dispatched and received within 5 to 7 working days. However this cannot be guaranteed, due to unforeseen circumstances such as breakdowns, sickness, etc.

If you need your product delivered more promptly, we do offer an express delivery service (subject to availability). Contact us for further details regarding this service

Larger items (for example Furniture) may take longer to deliver. Please do call us to discuss our delivery timescales for larger items.

Do you offer 48 hour delivery?

Although our standard delivery is between 5 and 7 days, we do offer 48 hour delivery in the form of an express delivery service (subject to availability).
