Shopping Information

  • 1. How much is shipping and how long will it take?

    We offer free shipping ( On Orders Over €50 ) on all orders to Malta and Gozo. Delivery typically takes between 1 to 7 working days, depending on your location and the time of purchase. We strive to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

  • 2. Can I Include a VAT number in the Invoice?

    Yes, you can! Please ensure to include your VAT number along with your full billing details in the comments section at checkout. We will make sure to include it in your invoice

  • 3. I urgently require my order, can I pick it up today?

    If you need your order urgently, we offer same-day collection! Please give our office a call at 21443193 to notify us, and we will prepare your order for instant pickup.

  • 4. Do you deliver on weekends?

    Our standard prices do not include the option for a weekend delivery. However, you can upgrade you order to a Saturday delivery, although this will incur an extra charge. Please contact us for more information about our Saturday delivery charges.

  • 5. Can I have a wholsale discount?

    Yes, we offer wholesale deals for large quantity orders! If you're interested in purchasing in bulk, please contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to provide more information on our wholesale pricing.
